Palm 360 is located in prime destination on Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk. It is an iconic two towers consisting of a luxury hotel, branded residences, and one the largest infinity sky-pool at about 160m above the ground connecting two towers to each other. The tower maximum height is 261.55m which will be the tallest building in Palm Jumeirah.
The projects includes luxury penthouses with private infinity pool for each penthouse.
The Piling Work is completed on site.
YMA Founder was leading the structural design of the entire project as a Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering of AE7 and managed structural design and construction of Piles on a daily basis.
