Yasser Mohamed Azzazy

Yasser Azzazy is the Founder of YMA Consulting Engineers. He hold Bsc (Hons) in the Structural Engineering from Al Azhar University in Egypt. He hold a Master degree in the Structural Engineering from the British University in Dubai. He is also has achieved his Engineering Professional Chartership (CEng) in the UK, and Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE). He is a certified Structural Design Engineer (Unlimited) from Dubai Municipality. In addition; he is an active Member of Council of Tall Buildings (CTBUH), Member of Society of UAE Engineers, and Member of Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
Yasser has an extensive experience in the Structural Engineering, and was leading the structural design for many of iconic and prestigious projects across the middle east and North Africa. His portfolio covering variety of high rise buildings up to 525m height, commercial, retail, bridges and hospitality projects, consistently delivering intensity and passion for engineering process. His goal is to harness innovative and strategic thinking with the planning process transforms the built environment into a great engineering masterpiece.
Aya jihad Alkateb

Aya is a Partner and Technical Manager of YMA Consulting Engineers. She hold BSc in the Civil Engineering (Management and Structural from Aleppo University in Syria. she is a Member of Syrian Engineers Syndicate.
Aya started her design career in Syria and was involved in the structural and planning studies in Syrian Railway Planning Department. In 2007 she moved to UAE where she was working as a Structural Engineer and getting involved in preparing the technical specifications, Bill of Quantities, and Contract Documents as well. Aya’s portfolio is covering variety of commercial, retail, and hospitality projects, consistently delivering intensity and passion for engineering and planning process.
Aya’s goal is to provide full detailed design documents in line with the project specifications and Client requirements.
Aya has an extensive experience in preparing full length specifications, Bill of Quantities and Contract Documents for the projects.
She is also familiar with the Design codes including American Standard, Eurocode, and Syrian Code.
