JBR Beach Hotel was designed as a five-star hotel and branded apartment located at Jumeirah Beach Residences overlooking the sea, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Eye, with exquisite rooms and suites, and it is designed to have 3 basements, ground, and 56 floors. The total height of the tower is 258.80m.

YMA Founder was leading the structural design of the entire project as a Lead Structural Engineer, and Head of Structural Engineering of AE7 and managed the structural design, local authorities’ approvals, and construction on a daily basis.

After the project is partially completed and the entire structural skeleton is executed, the project is sold to FIVE Group.
