Entisar Tower is located at a prime destination on Sheikh Zayed Road, and it is 525m tall building with 122 floor above the ground level.
The tower is a mixed-use development including retail, offices, serviced apartment, freehold residential and penthouses.
The tower has an individual car park building of 6 basement and 12 floor above the ground in order to provide the sufficient number of parking lots as per local authorities’ regulation.
The Barrette Foundations and Shoring of the Tower are completed.
YMA Founder was leading the structural design of the entire project as a Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering of AE7 and managed structural design, local authorities’ approvals, and construction of the Barrettes’ Foundations on a daily basis.
