The project is a unique architectural / structural design, and it has ground, first, and second.
The building will be a destination to serve cyclists, as it consists of a fitness center, SPA, Swimming Pool, Bicycle showroom, and F&B.
YMA Founder was leading the structural design of the entire project as a Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering of AE7 and managed structural design and local authorities’ approvals on a daily basis.
