The development is a mixed-use development which is part of the new master plan of Deira Islands (man-made Islands). The project comprises 4 identical clusters, each cluster has 4 residential buildings.

YMA Founder was leading the structural design of the entire project as a Lead Structural Engineer and Head of Structural Engineering of AE7 and managed structural design and local authorities’ approvals on a daily basis.
