The project comprises Shopping Mall, Hotel, 11 Office Tower,  17 Residential Tower., and two Footbridges

The offices and residential are connected through footbridges elevated above the main roads, in order to provide direct access to the shopping mall.

YMA Founder was leading the structural design of the Offices and Residential Towers whilst employed at EHAF.
